Jumeirah Golf Estates Villa
A private luxury villa in Jumeirah Golf Estates, delivered as a full turnkey commission. Space & Design carried the home from first concept to a finished, styled interior — handed over complete and ready to live in.
01 Design Concept
The design pairs classical detailing with contemporary materials. Panelled walls and sculptural glass lighting sit alongside book-matched marble, warm timber and brass — and each principal room is composed around a single statement wall, where stone, light and joinery do the work that ornament once did.
02 Scope of Work
A full turnkey scope across the villa's living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms: interior design, fit-out and finishing, including bespoke joinery and display shelving, stone feature walls, integrated lighting design, fitted bathrooms and final styling — one team, one contract, concept to completion.
03 Design & Execution
The living spaces are anchored by full-height stone media walls with concealed lighting and low integrated cabinetry. Bespoke shelving is backed in veined marble and lit shelf by shelf, turning storage into display. In the bedroom suite, a backlit stone wall wraps the media unit and curves into a dressing console. Bathrooms are finished in a single rose-toned stone — integrated basins, brass fittings and backlit niches throughout.
04 Key Design Elements
The book-matched marble feature wall of the main living room. Sculptural glass-leaf chandeliers. A backlit stone media wall that glows like a lantern after dark. Bathrooms carved from one rose-toned stone. Display shelving lit piece by piece, so the objects read as art.
The Result
The villa was handed over complete — every room finished, styled and ready to live in. Turnkey, in the full sense of the word.
